Latest track shows Rita coming in a bit more to the east. Good news for us. Bad news for those folks.
I've lost count regarding the number of times I've heard the phrase, hunker-down from the weather guys. But when you are on for hours on end, what else can you say?

I declare a state of emergency---ban on the phrase 'hunker down'! It's driving me crazy!
We're doing great up here--kids are going to visit the great-grandparents. Autumn is beautiful. Only concern is which route Tim will take to come home...when...and how bad the traffic coming back in will be!
