I noticed you were not there and am really sorry to hear that. It felt really large to me, 20+ people ... more people then I noticed posting on this blog ... which is awesome.
We went around the room and shared a bit about who we were and where we are coming from. Honestly it was nice to see and meet so many different voices from cool places. Chris Seay shared some about his story and the story of ecclessia. We got a chance to ask questions and dialog some.
Chris also talked some about "The Voice" project which is a bible paraphrase type thingy ... with lots of artists working to breath live into the narative.
I better stop because some of this is still forming in my head and because I think there are other people who can speak far more authoritativly on this then I can.
In summary it was cool, I want to do it again.
